How do I get a picture put up next to my avatar?

1.) Stand up
2.) Put you right index finger on your nose
3.) Put you left arm straight out to your side
4.) Spin around 10 times without hitting anyone while saying the alphabet backwards
5.) Find your picture on your computer of yourself, upload it to the CD-Media page, and add the tag "whoami", then when accepted, go to the photo and click on the small "who am i" nametag button to get it to show up on posts and in your profile

good to know stage 5 is involved. I've been doing 1-4 over and over again, and it didn't work...
