[TBA]: Schedules and TBA API

Does the TBA curently collect info from pages like this one? If so, in what API calls is this reflected in? If not, I'm fairly certain it'll be easy to parse, so it doesn't really matter to me.

You should be able to get this list (except for the match times) via get_matches. I don't think TBA collects the scheduled match times, but I could be wrong.

During a regional, the match scores will just be empty before that match is played, scored, and updated to the web.

FIRST is changing around the data standards a lot. Right now though, the TBA API does not offer access to scheduled match times, because we aren't currently collecting them.

Do you think that we can rely on that data being available off-site during Week 3 competitions?
