Re: waterloo announcing game words!
I'm willing to keep doing themes for the match intros as well. Make a separate list for these. Some of the ones we did today include NBA teams and past FIRST games.

Re: waterloo announcing game words!
I think it could be pretty amusing if you guys started inserting quotes into things. I would be very, very amused if I was watchign the webcast and heard you guy quoting Shakespeare, for example. One more phrase though:
"Negative, ghostrider." |

Re: waterloo announcing game words!
Thank to Paul, Karthik, Jonathan, Jeff and SOAP for showing us how fun and interactive webcasts can be. Hopefully this trend can continue.

Yahtzee! Hey, it IS Motown. (Alt. Hey, it IS Truck Town) I am amused by the simplicity of this game. Get in the hole! Jeff Gordon (alt [team]) takes the checkered flag, and he'll have to give it back for the next race. He hit it over some fencing they had set up in the outfield. (alt. [team] shot it over some fencing they set up in the middle of the field) Weebles wobble but they don't fall down. Right into the clown's mouth. He's choppin' broccoli. Behold the power of cheese. Crash in turn three. Cheech and Chong are involved. Samuel Morse couldn't have telegraphed it better. Say CHOWDAH! Portions of this game were taped for training purposes... That's his first homerun/goal (Alt hurdle). The media pressure will be intense for his second. That'll learn you! Show it! Access denied! I am SPARTICUS! Would you like another? No thanks, I'm done. He makes the restaurant-quality play. Now for the funny cars...and they're hysterical. This land is mine for as far as the ball shall travel! But we all know that games aren't played on paper...they are played by little men inside our TV sets. Everyone put your hands up, way up in the air, and wave them as if there are no reprecussions. Hooooooome rrrrrrrun. He was hotter than donut grease! ![]() |
