This is truly amazing, if that thing really works, the UN needs to buy all the ones Dean can produce to start to distribute them around the world!
Of course they won't... water purification is big business, controlling the clean water more important in some parts of the world than controlling the flow of oil. This block box would take that power/wealth away from some that will do everything they can to make sure Dean's VCD never gets to where its needed the most. Awesome invention Dean!
