Understood, but there is no reason they couldn't work in 'shifts'. Come in late, go home late. Even just 1 or 2 people there until 8 or 9 and maybe Saturday morning would be a nice help for many teams.
Not everyone knows about this forum or the others like it, I didn't until this year.
