Re: BEST TEAM IDENTITY

A few years back in Atlanta, I was on an escalator behind a team that stood out in the manner in which they conducted themselves and in how they looked. It was FRC 234. They had 'professional' written all over them.

Another time, I was looking at the photos in the Inspirational Photos thread here in CD and a photo jumped out at me. It showed teamwork and professionalism blended together. That was FRC 45.

I have come to know members of both teams and what I saw in Atlanta and in a photo were exactly who they are. Incredible.

Thank you Jane! We work hard to ensure our students ALWAYS act in a respectful, professional, and well mannered way both at events and in life. Our school, sponsors, and mentors spend a lot of time, money, and put their reputation on the line to be associated with Cyber Blue 234 so we mandate that this be followed. Our students become better people as a result of this.

Our 2008 team motto on our shirts is: Commitment to Excellence.

My pleasure, David. It was the interaction between the mentors and the students and the obvious respect for each other, as well as the attire. The image has stayed with me for a few years.
