On a side note, our team would like to congratulate a great rookie team we mentored (2520, Valley H.S. here in Las Vegas) for their Highest Seeded Rookie Award...what a great group of kids and mentors...watch out for these guys!

973 had a great time! I've never been to a more entertaining and well planned/run event.

Thanks to 842 for selectings us and to 4 for lending us fresh batteries for the elims.

I'm really proud of the students on 973 as they really stepped up and worked as a team better. They were so excited to even get the chance to compete against such high calliber teams in the finals.

I know team 2520 had won Highest Rookie Seed Award, but I didn't know they also won Rookie All Star Award. Doesnt that qualify them to go to Atlanta? Are they going to go to Atlanta?

I had so much fun in Vegas. For it being 973's first time at Vegas, I felt incredibly welcomed.

Thank you to 842 and 1724 for being such good alliance partners.

Also thanks to team 4 for their batteries, and 1070 for their lovely tiaras during the finals.

I hope that 973 will be able to come again next year!
