It's definitely worth staying for it. It's incredibly fun- there's great food, music, games, etc. Even last year when it was indoors we had a blast. It's a good time for your team to decompress and enjoy themselves after several days of hard work.

It is definitely a great thing to go to, assuming your team doesnt spend forever packing and miss half of it (= (like us last year...)
