Just out of curiosity, I was wondering, how are the preparations of the teams going?

When will the teams arrive and how many days are they planning to stay?

We plan to leave Israel on the night between the 14th and the 15th (the flight leaves at 00:48) and stay in come back on a direct flight on the 21st.

when we come back from Atlanta all the Israeli teams are welcome to come celebrate with us the first time an Israeli team wins the championship!!

BTW we intend to practice this saturday, so if there are any teams that want to come they are invited.. it will probably be us and Steampunk but if can arrange a 2vs2 game it will be reallt good for our practice..

Who knows maybe your team will be the first to bring a trophy from Atlanta to your high school.

Correct me if I'm wrong but none of the Israeli teams has ever won anything in Atlanta...

you are correct.
1574 has been semifinalist and ranked 2nd at Newton on 2007.
1942 were 2nd rookie highest seed in 2006 (curie i think)

the practice will be at our school, on saturday the 12th the whole day. if you know about anyone who would like to join plese let me know.

EDIT: if there is any possibility other than our school GYM that would also be great because our overpass isn't very good and we have no karpet..

1577 have carpet, they can bring it if you ask them to.
2669 will try and come with a rolling chassis, and help you guys with whatever you need. I can come by myself even if they don't in case you need some help there from me.
