The Rules V1_0 are done (it is 1:00am on Tues. morning).
I know that there are errors and mistakes that will need to be fixed.
This will be handled through updates.
Stay tuned.
The only major difference from the Beta version that has been up for a while is that the rules now address the issue of the square rack going out of bounds..
Again, updates from here forward will be handled via updates.
