Failing to hear any opposition to adding hinges (and no, I would not have ruled that they were in as a fastener), the are officially 'IN.'
Following addition is made to the Additional Hardware List:
Simple Hinges with hinge pins less than 4.5 inches long and 3/8 inches in diameter (this easily includes the hinges on the conference room door just outside my office) are allowed to be used without limit on quantity.
Before anyone asks, Hinges with integral springs are not allowed.
