Most Unfortunate Incidents

What was the worst thing that happened to you that you cannot believe that it happened?

ours:
2006, quarter final 3 in AZ(not 100% sure)
during autonomous, another robot hits us, our radio drops down on the main breaker and turns the robot off, and we lose !!!!!
