Geeze you must have alot of time on your hands! Good thoughts, and most likely correct ones at that. I especially like #10 - but you missed one.

: The following predictions are for the CDI

:
: 1. The winners will be uncontested and will probably be determined before the Presidential election will be.

: 2. There will be no zero to zero ties.

: 3. The rotating beacons will also become flashing lights on many robots because of tripping battery circuit breakers.

: 4. One of the most coveted awards that will be presented will be for the most innovative or creative use of the Whirling-Squares-O-Pegboard.

: 5. If there are no rejections, the number one seed will be on the winning alliance.

: 6. With the 50 per cent increase in match duration, many robots will start to exhaust battery power to the point that performance will be affected.

: 7. None of the bottom six seeds will have used the Whirling-Squares-O-Pegboard.

: 8. The number one seed will have used pneumatics on it's robot.

: 9. After technical check in is completed, the decision will be made to offer an Evelyn Wood reading workshop taught by Dr. Joe.

: 10. The CDI 2000 will be the best yet!
