Does anyone know anything more about the vision processing?
Framerate?
Resolution?
Color or black-and-white?
Color based tracking or higher level (geon-based, SIFT, etc)?
Does it use the FPGA?

If it's falling apart it's a mechanical problem. If it's spewing smoke it's a electrical problem.
