For some reason, the CDI left us with a feeling of incompleteness.

The whole event was fabulous. Extremely well run. The hosts were friendly, warm and numerous. The game was superb. The emcee and announcers were great. 'Woodie' never missed a thing. The real time score keeping was awesome. Our great alliance partners 249 Bulldogs and 111 Wildstang performed flawlessly. The concessions tasty and low priced. This CDI was undoubtedly the best yet. So why this feeling of something lacking?

It hit me in the shower this morning. Dr. Joe did not lead the Chief Delphi cheer!
I trust this gross oversight will not be repeated in the future.

I will try to make up for my lack of leading the 'ooga cheer' at the CDI by over doing it during the 2001 FIRST season ;-)
