Well, when we had our budget threatened in our town a couple of months ago....one of the things they were going to cut next if it didn't pass was the heat. They'd close all schools from Dec. 22 'til Jan. 22, to save $30,000 on heating charges....and we were planning on building at the High School anyway, as far as I could tell. Thankfully, it passed.
