Re: Autodesk 3ds Max 2009

Oh goody, You know I'm not a big fan of jumping to the new upgrades. I still work with 3ds max 8 but I do have 3ds max 2008 for when I need to help people.

JourneyEd.com & Studica.com have a 13 month student license for only $99. This is a great deal folks. They also have the "Superpack" (includes Max, Combustion & cleaner) for $199:

Loui from autodesk told me he is going to try to get autodesk to encorperate Mudbox into the package that they give to teams next year. If you are into organic modeling GET MUDBOX!!! Its awesome, I needed a towel I was drooling so much. Not because of the concept, I already messed with Z-brush before. But for the fact that it is so incredibly easy to use. I was dumbfounded.
