Any word on this years Cal Games yet?

Re: Cal Games?

The date is TBD at this point, but sometime in mid October, from what I've heard.

As long as you're on the WRRF mailing list you should be updated as soon as more info comes out.

Re: Cal Games?

I think Oct 11th or 4th would be best so the poofs can get to TNT (Tampa)on the 24th. Also I could come to Cali and see how its done west coast style.

I believe Pioneer (#668), Paly (#8), and Woodside (#100) are in the running to host Cal Games this year.

The final date will probably be based on the chosen school's gym usage. I know various independent groups use our gym a lot on weekends.

Is Pink really thinking of going!!?? Awesome!!?? (You better, if the Poofs went to Tampa you otta return the favor )

Re: Cal Games?

To get on the mailing list for the WRRF, that includes the CalGames information among other things, please join the google group using the link below:
http://groups.google.com/group/WRRF-community?lnk=srg
Click on the "apply for group membership" available at the above web page and provide the requested information.

With regard to anyone's belief that certain teams/schools are in the running to host the CalGames this year, it is my understanding that the WRRF has yet to receive a bid to host the CalGames. A repeated request for bids dated April 27 can be found on the page linked to above. If you think that your school, or any other school, is submitting a bid to host the CalGames I would suggest that you follow up with them without delay.

Eugene
WRRF President
