Fixed.
For reference: The lights on the RC and OI were fine, except the Radio Link one was red. The lights on the OI Radio (which wasn't mixed up) weren't on, aside from the Standby flashing once upon power on. We replaced the AC adapter, it turns out we lost ours between Milwaukee and MN, and someone brought in some other random 12V adapter, which caused the problems. We ordered another from IFI, plugged it in, and it worked like a charm. Thanks for all the suggestions anyway. |
