What gives? Is this part 2 of the one released in 2003, or a completely new movie?

And for everyone who saw Iron Man & missed the last scene, why on earth would you EVER leave a movie theater right as the credits roll??
Seriously. I'll bet the people who missed the scene in Iron Man also walked out early & missed Maggie talking at the end of the Simpsons Movie.
