Scheduling Time with the Playing Field Objects?

Can teams schedule a time to bring their robot to OTCNE to test how well it interacts with the playing field objects?

If this is possible, I would hope the number of visits would be limited to 1 or 2 fairly short visits to make it fair for teams that are further from OTCNE.
