this is good stuff here. Have you heard tell of Billfred's Unofficial Caption Contest? The new year has just started. Travis Hoffman hogged all the fun this past season and he had some real oinkers, believe you me. You'd fit right in. Ya know, those crazy years, when they go off on their own seeking adventure, maybe joining a FIRST team (1902?), going off to college, then building houses out of straw, sticks, & bricks all the while dodging wolves, but at the same time just not quite ready to settle down with a little piggy family yet? LOL Just curious. There seems to be a huge gray area of missing time for that poor piggy when it's lost & confused as to who he really is. Do I smell the making of an ABC Family Channel sitcom?* *Or is that smell just my breakfast bacon done frying & ready to eat? |

Re: pic: Paul And The Pig
I just got a Suzy Q pig update from my friend.
Suzy Q is now living at a house with 8 acres of land, as I mentioned previously. 4 kids are in the family, with the oldest being 10. Suzy Q runs around with the 2 farm dogs, and now does not mind being picked up by the kids. She has become "one of the dogs", and follows them around the property. She already knows where to get water and food, and even relieves herself in the same spot. She knows her name, and comes when she is called. The new owner says that she is smarter than any dog he has seen at her age. He is saying that it may be interesting to bring Suzy Q back to IRI next year so everyone can see how she has grown. By that time, she would probably weigh over 250 pounds... but I am not sure since she spends all day running around with the dogs. She may gain weight at a slower rate than a regular feeder pig, which is confined to a 10x20 pigpen. I've asked for pictures of Suzy Q with the 2 dogs. They cuddle. I think that this will be a continuing story. Andy B. |

Who wants to guess what Suzy Q's weight will be in 12 months? Although, we'll have to open it up to guesses of units in both pounds & kilograms so our Canadian friends can have a shot at it as well! ![]() Last edited by Elgin Clock : 22-07-2008 at 16:45. |

This is just a random thought. There is probably some reason why it wouldn't work, or something better. I would love to see the kings of CD duking it out...see how much they really know (I'd put my money on Koko Ed right now...if I had to) |

You mean they don't?Aren't there also side cows, with left (or right) legs shorter, so they can stand straight on hills? At least I know the difference between a cow pie and a moon pie. ![]() |

My dad told me that there were right hand cows and left hand cows. They each could only go one way around the hill. My dad never lied to me.

But on that note, I'm sure I speak for a lot of folks when I say changing it from Nachos to something else would be appreciated though.
