Feed back on Super Shifter

our team is planning to modify our drive train moving from single speed to 2 speed. We have 2 super shifters from last year used on our elevator and plan on using them in our practice base if we do go with shifting. but before we go a head and use them i would like to know if any team has had problems with it. feed back is much appreciated.
