Joe, we believe so strongly in this that we do not allow a graduate to become a
mentor his first year after leaving the team. Even after that first year they are going to have to work hard to convince us to be a
mentor.
Occasional visit, a little tutoring, volunteer to help for an event or fund raising are all OK. But be a
mentor and all that entails is not allowed.
