171 Offseason Project
We've been working on this all offseason. We stripped apart a Fisher Price firetruck, added a lift system, lights, siren, underglow, remote control, powered steering, and aimable sprayer.
Here's a video: http://video.google.com/videosearch?...ck&emb=0&aq=f# We got it done the day before the "Dairy Days" festival hear in Platteville so it was on display at both the parade, and later on in the park. It contains 2 batteries, thought they are currently not run together. Everything operates on a single joystick and is programmed in P Basic on a 2001 FRC controller. |
