**FIRST EMAIL**/Team Information Management System Opens September 10 at 12:00 Noon E

Greetings Veteran FRC Teams:

We are pleased to announce the 2009 Team Information Management System (TIMS) will open this Wednesday,September 10th at 12:00 noon EST. At this time you will be able to enter the system to update your Team Profile Information (formerly referred to as "Pre-registration") or confirm the current information in the system is accurate. You will also be able to create a new team should you wish to do so.

In keeping with last season, you will logon to TIMS using your email and password at https://my.usfirst.org/frc/tims/site.lasso. If you have forgotten your password you may use the "forgot password" link, or contact us at frcteams@usfirst.org and a Team Support member will be happy to provide you with the information.

Initial Event Registration will open Thursday, October 2nd at 12:00 noon EST. Prior to being able to register for an event, all returning teams must have updated, or confirmed as accurate, their Team Profile Information. We therefore encourage you to go in to the system at your earliest convenience and get this done!

This was actually open the other night. I randomly went in when I was setting up my new laptop with passwords & it asked me for information.

Yea, several weeks back FIRST posted a note under the FRC Headlines to update our 2009 TIMS information and I did it back then.

Anyone notice there is no CA deadline yet? I cant remember if there was at this time last year, but it seemed odd that its not even listed as a TBD... I would expect its the same as the WFA, but I just thought it was curious...

A couple of weeks ago, the official FIRST Robotics Competition Calendar of Important Deadlines showed the CA and WFA award submissions both due on Feb 19. The http://www.usfirst.org/community/frc...nt.aspx?id=454 page seems to have lost a few items since then.
