Field Carpet

Has anyone figured out what type of carpet is being used on the playing field? I can’t seem to find even a close match. A brand name or store that carries it would be great.

from my experience, although we did not bother to purchase the actual carpet, we just went around campus with the sample carpet in the bin and touched the different types and textures of the carpets on campus. when we found the closest one, we found a home .

A close match is available at Home Depot. Cost $24.00 with left overs as you will buy 4 feet x 12 feet.

There are three colors to choose from.

As for what to get see Lora's reply above. Last year we got a carpet store to donate some, once we gave them the info. OK the color wasn't quite right, but who cares about that? If a carpet store can't find it, I'd never buy carpet from them as the manufacturer is apparently pretty well known. Never buy anything from anybody who doesn't know their business well.
