You can download and install the evaluation version of LabVIEW here.

The evaluation version of LabVIEW is the Professional Development Suite and has a 30 day license. If a evaluation license needs be extended you can request an extended license by emailing frc@ni.com. Please note license extensions are granted on a case by case basis.
