Re: Savage Soccer @ WPI 2008 (Free VEX Robot Tournament)

Does your team have a bunch of Vex kits, want another chance to compete in Savage Soccer this year, or even just want to get some of the best barbeque on this side of the Mason-Dixon? Team 228 will be hosting the Savage Soccer South of the Border satellite competition on December 14, 2008 at Maloney High School in Meriden, CT as Colleen posted above.

This event is open to everyone, including teams that registered for the main Savage Soccer event. Event Registration will be FREE!

Rain, snow, sleet, or shine, concessions for the event will be provided by the increasingly famous Big Country Hickory Pit BBQ, seen previously at Where's Wolcott FRC Offseason Competition, several Connecticut Country Fairs, or at the Meriden Daffodil Festival.

The event registration form is currently posted here: http://www.team228.org/events/savagesoccer/register

More information will be posted onto Team 228's website about the event in the coming week.

Start your inspiration pre-gaming today by getting involved with a Savage Soccer event!
