2009 St. Louis Regional

rookie team2775 DeWALT Robotics is very excited to be attending the St. Louis regional in 2009. We are excited to meet new friends and compete with many existing teams.

Bomb Squad will be back in St. Louis in 2009!!!

Team 1208 will be back at the St. Louis regional and is looking forward to the new venue: Chaifetz Arena at St. Louis University.

Team 1098 would like to welcome Team 2775 to the St Louis Regional. This will be Team 1098's 8th year at this Regional and it is great one. It is at a new building and should be really nice. It is a little strange being on week 4 but I am sure it will be a great event as always. The St Louis FIRST crew is great. If you need anything don't hesitate to stop by 1098's pit, all the team members are glad to help if we can.

Unfortunately 148 won't be making the trip up this year. We've got a new regional right in our own back yard and we'll be staying closer to home to save some money.

I know everyone on our team REALLY enjoyed St Louis the past two years, and we'll miss seeing our friends.

It figures that the year we can't go is the year 16 and 71 decide to come play...

As others have mentioned, both above in this thread and elsewhere, the St. Louis Regional FRC has a new venue for 2009: the beautiful Chaifetz Arena at St. Louis University. Those who have seen this facility, inside and out, will agree that it's location and layout are ideal for an FRC event.

St. Louis has capacity for several more teams, so please think of us if your team is still deciding where to compete in 2009.
