Hey, just wondering, but what is that webcam set to? When Im at school (where they have a dsl line) it runs smoothly, but at home on my dialup the pic will load about 1/4 of the way and then the computer will cancel that and start loading the next one. Any ideas?

Their problem is that they set the camera image to refresh every few seconds (probably 15 or 30 seconds). When you load the picture at home, it ussually takes longer than that. So it starts loading the picture, and then reloads a new picture, even before the last picture was done loading. They should adjust thier refresh rate of the picture to once every minute or so.

Thats not it! we actually set the image quality to very high therefore the images are 100k each! this problem will be eliminated!

Should work fine now. I also added a slow/medium/fast option for different speeds. the refresh rate is 24, 16, and 8 seconds, respectively.

The image size is down to about 11k ... That might be unnecessarily small though, so we might raise it to around 40k for better quality.

enjoy!
