[FTC]: Motor Replacement Parts

After I warned the students it would happen

they managed to break off one of the tiny metal power tabs on a motor. Snapped off clean at the base -- no hope of repair. I've checked the Pitsco Website and they don't seem to sell a motor repair kit.

Has anyone else had this happen, and is there an easy fix for it?
