It looks good overall. A couple improvements that could be made: You should add some support higher up on the frame to keep the side pieces from wanting to bend in or out. Also, the angle on the front and back is not going to last long and it will be very flexible. I would personally use more tube, either 1" square or 2"x1". Also, possibly put an angle on the front and back of the side plates to increase your approach and departure angles for ramp climbing.

This design would benefit greatly by having some sort of plate bolted to the bottom of the chassis to stiffen everything up.
