I am not on the Regional planning committee, but I would imagine that the CT regional in Hartford is more likely than BAE or Boston to have the capacity to handle an extra area team in your situation. So, as Cory said, contact FIRST and they can probably steer you the right way.
The major items of FIRST are still what they always were.....understand the game, build a reliable quality machine to play it, train you drivers to use it to its full potential. If you do these things, you can win with or without any specific machine feature. - Jim Zondag [more]
