What would SECOND stand for?

I invision a day when Dean realizes how perful FIRST has become and designs a new competition: namely SECOND.
Actually I dreampt about this last night and when I woke up this morning, I started writing down all the things in my head of what SECOND would stand for.
Here's what I've got so far.
Scientists Engineering Can Open New Doors

What do you all think?
