: well, we have had our own problems

: lets see, the high school students got too excited and were arrested by umass security... OOPS... hehe. it was rather funny, but it sorta put me in trouble too.

: lets see, then the h/s students had exams for the entire 2nd week.

: accounting was a big problem and i cannot order anything for the robot over $150 myself and have to go through some fella who wants to handle all the accounting and takes a few days to get things done.

: hmmm, what budget?

: hmm, we have no engineers.

: hmm, we barely have funding...

: hmm, and we have a prototype that runs on wheels and has everything on top trying hard to hold on to the wooden frame.

: should i be taking pictures? hehe...

: well, with all this happening, i still think it's a good year.... i cant believe it myself. we're much better off than last year..

: by friday, we'll the robot 60% done. Darn parts arent coming till Thursday.... which means more delays....ahhhh!!!

i stilll say the umass cop people were a bit overzealous in arresting us...but my parents found the incident as amusing as anton seemes to have, so no harm done.
and we did get to a good start...for maybe 3 days were were right on schedule with no arguments...then we had to vote on a design (which eventually lead to somepeople becoming dissatisfied with us and leaving)
