Re: Spare drill motor source?
Posted by Michael Betts at 1/24/2001 2:26 PM EST
Engineer on team #177, Bobcat Robotics, from South Windsor High School and International Fuel Cells. In Reply to: Spare drill motor source? Posted by Vince Wilczynski on 1/24/2001 12:35 PM EST: : Any good sources that folks have to but spare drill motors from, and any idea on their delivery time? Many thanks. Vince, As you may know, Team 177 is based out of South Windsor, CT and we are close enough to be neighbors. We use: The Saw Center 472 South Main St. Springfield, Ma. (413) 734-2045 There are also a couple of places in Connecticut but the guys at TSC know about FIRST because of all the teams up here (Buzz, Lego, etc) and don't bat an eye when we ask for one motor, three transmissions and a dozen left handed screws. They have also been really good about special orders on short notice. Ask for Peter Ouellette and say "hi" for me. Mike |
