Need Help With Textures!!

Other from Hodgson Vo-Tech. Does anyone know n e thing about 3d studio saving and using textures. Everytime we use them they don't seem to show up. What are we doing wrong? Please help! |

Posted by Kristi on 1/25/2001 7:59 AM EST: Kristi, First off make sure you are applying the texture to the objects, if you did, and it still doesn't work, it is most likely something to do with your texture mapping. You have to adjust your UVW map (which is located on the right side of your screen as a modifier toolbar for the object) Depending on your object you can place and center the map. I highly suggest that you read heavily into the books given with 3DS Max about texture mapping, and run the tutorials involved. Good Luck Andy Grady |
