[FTC]: Thanks to the Virginia Organizers and Teams

I personally want to thank team 1086, Blue Cheese, for asking us, team 177, Twisted Bots, to join their alliance, and team 3061, Holy Rollers Too, for accepting the invitation to join our alliance at the Virginia Tournament.

I also want to thank the affiliate partner in Virginia for organizing an amazing tournament, and all the volunteers who made the tournament possible.

Re: [FTC]: Thanks to the Virginia Organizers and Teams

We would like to add our congratulations to the winning teams as well as to all the others that we were so fortunate to meet. There were some superb entries; I felt that the caliber of the robots was better this year than it has ever been for this early-season tournament.

In addition, Darlene Pantaleo and her many volunteers did a wonderful job of organizing and putting on a first rate tournament. It is to their credit that they did so under some very trying field conditions (with 4 fields and 45 teams competing). Very, very well done.

Re: [FTC]: Thanks to the Virginia Organizers and Teams

I want to add my thanks also.

First to ALL of the teams that showed up and competed. I am sure we would have all liked to have another month or so to prepare. I never saw anthing but good sportsmanship and gracious professionalism at the tournament.

And of course to all the organizers and volunteers, a magnificent event. Even though it ran late, I appreciated the fact that all the matches were run, THEY STOPPED FOR LUNCH, and time was allotted before alliance choosing.

Thanks to Teams 1086, Blue Cheese and 3061, Holy Rollers Too for being alliance partners with 177, Twisted Bots and to Teams 339, the Forge and 343, Devils are Blue for being alliance partners with 3165, Twisted Bots 2.

Did I mention THEY STOPPED FOR LUNCH? I have been to so many tournaments that were running late and they cut out lunch. Then the team didn't eat and almost passed out. As a Parent I appreciate that THEY STOPPED FOR LUNCH.

here are some of the photos that a parent took in U-Hall. There are a lot of Team 35, but there are several teams represented here.

If you come to a FRC event to see a robot competition, you are missing the point.
