Autodesk Inventor 2009 Problems

I've downloaded autodesk 2009 and install it but didnt work it says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001d). Click on OK to terminate the application." I've uninstall it and install again and repair it but the same problem occurred and i don't know what else I have to do

. any help
