Hi Annette, This was strickly a 'proof of concept' model that allowed us to play with the geometry of the front articulated fork and the side boggies. We simply used 2x4s to hold everything in place. In addition it's only 2/3 scale. An actual working chassis would probably be mostly fabricated from one inch square 1/16 wall steel tubing and weigh about 40 lbs sans electronics and battery.
