i downloaded the source code, now what do i do?

Hello, i installed wind river and ive also downloaded the "source code" from http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/frcupdates.html and now after extracting it, how would i open it in wind river? Is there a certain file i should open like in MPLAB or do i have to manually create a workspace or something? Please help me out, thank you. Also what is the file i edit to program the robot? For example in mplab it was user_routines, what is the file for wind river?

A good place to start looking for the answers is by reading the C/C++ Programming Guide for the FIRST Robotics Competition. I would suggest starting on page 85ish if you just want to get a project loaded in Workbench. The system this year is quite different then last year and you have many options so it is hard to tell you want file and line to go to to get started.
