By parts do you mean motors and such or do you mean tools?

I'm kinda sure you're talking about my teams HERO Booth (Helping Every Robot Organization)...where teams could donate unwanted parts and pick up things they needed. We were a strong force at the UTC New England Regional (won us the J & J Sportsmanship Award there), and though we were kinda lost in the crowd at Nationals, I think we are starting it up again (I have no clue, it's not my area on the team).
