Greetings Teams:
The 2009 Program Book development is under way and we need you to carefully review your team's information to be sure it is accurate. We are extending our deadline to this Thursday, December 18th,11:59 pm EST. All team information must be correct and up to date in the TIMS Team Profile section by this time in order to be included in the program book. This information includes:
1. Team Names*

Please remember that the main Team Name is how your team name will read in FIRST literature, including the program book and the FIRST web site. This "official" team name is generated when you add your Sponsor/Partner/School(s) information (s) in TIMS.
Your team nickname is what teams refer to themselves as (e.g. Eagles, RoboNation)

2. Sponsor(s)
3. Team Motto
4. Robot Name
5. Name of School
6. State/Province (in Canada or Brazil)
7. Rookie Year

*IMPORTANT:Team Name - when reviewing your team name, please pay special attention that schools and sponsors have not beenlisted more than once. Many teams enter duplicate and triplicate information (e.g., Jones Corporation & Smith High School, Smith High School, Smith High School). Please use capitalization as appropriate when entering any information in TIMS.
