That is why I provided a link to the word document that was colored. As far as changes for the 2009 season
FIRST was nice enough to put in the document the words NEW for 2009! followed by changes maybe these changes will effect some teams and not others that is why I posted the document for people to get out of it what they needed. Sorry if any confusion was caused to anyone.
