 We also have a CNC mill and CNC lathe, but we're interested in doing this only if we can do it quickly. Milling anything takes too long for my MTV-generation attention span. :) - Madison [more] |

Neat idea!
My only suggestion would be to use a larger washer under the nut, such as a fender washer. This would spread the stresses over a larger surface area of the wood and reduce some of the stress on the T-nut. Good luck.
