[TBA]: Ubiquity Command
I would like to write a command for the Firefox extension, Ubiquity.
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Ubiquity However, I don't know any Javascript. The idea would be to have the command access the TBA API to either go to a team's page or go to an event's TBA page. Would anyone be interested in helping me write it? I would think that for someone with Java experience that it wouldn't be much trouble at all. |

Re: [TBA]: Ubiquity Command
I could probably help out with this...would have to brush up on my Javascript, but then it shouldn't be a problem...will install Firefox again when I have time over the next couple days(you know, BEFORE everything goes crazy on Saturday), and see what I can come up with...

Re: [TBA]: Ubiquity Command
Here's something I whipped together. Still kinda rough but it gets the job done. Two commands:
tba-team (team number): enter a team number and it will redirect you to TBA's team info page for that team tba-event (year) (week) (name): enter a year and optionally either a week or a search term for an event and it will give you a listing of events in the case of a week, or the first found event if a name keyword was entered. Name-searching uses AJAX, so it takes a second to find the event before launching the appropriate page. To subscribe, go to http://lenkirma.googlepages.com/tba-ubiq.htm and click the subscribe button at the top of the window. Source code is freely available at http://lenkirma.googlepages.com/tba-ubiq.js --Ryan |
