Does it work in manual?
Posted by Joe Johnson at 2/8/2001 9:00 PM EST
Engineer on team #47, Chief Delphi, from Pontiac Central High School and Delphi Automotive Systems. In Reply to: BIG PNUEMATIC PROBLEM NEED HELP PLEASE!!!! Posted by Rimple Bhakta on 2/8/2001 6:10 PM EST: First, Does it work when you press the manual buttons? If not, fix the plumbing. Next, Does it work when you manually hook power to the solenoid wires? If not, replace the valve or check the wire connections. Next, Does the relay provide 12 volts when activated and 0 volts when not? If not, something is wrong with the relay, the controller or the program. Next, Is the connection good between the relay and the solenoid? There really isn't much more that could be wrong. Go through your system in a systematic way and I am sure you will find the problem.
