Good catch
Posted by Andy Baker at 2/9/2001 12:13 PM EST
Engineer on team #45, TechnoKats, from Kokomo High School and Delphi Automotive Systems. In Reply to: Limbo-Crane.... Posted by Jim Meyer on 2/9/2001 8:51 AM EST: Jim, You have a good eye for detail. Our robot definitely can go under the bar, and hopefully will be able to pick up a big ball and place it on the goal (not both balls... I dunno where Phil got that one)... BUT... (and here's the catch) not during the same match. Our arm is removable. There may be some matches that we would be better off without it. Who knows, maybe we won't even need it, depending on how good our other features work. Since we cannot do both at the same time, I was amazed to see team 56's robot do both. Andy B. |
