Have you tried checking the inventor site as I believe many of the 2009 KOP have already been created.

Re: Kit Part am-0207

What is AM-0207? I would check the AndyMark website, they tend to have quite a few of their drawings available.

Here is the part you need. You will need Inventor 2008 or newer to open it.

To probably make the control box but thatz my guess. If someone needs help on solidworks models of these or need a specific drawing like a spacer; I can help. Please shoot me a PM or IM.

For future reference, here's how you do a six-hole pattern:

Draw a [construction line] circle the diameter of the circle pattern you want. All of the AM/IFI/Skyway stuff uses a 1.875" diameter circle.

Draw a [construction line] horizontal line through across the circle. It has to touch both sides of the circle as well as go through the center point of the circle.

Draw two more [construction line] circles with a diameter of 1.875" with their center point on two intersection points between the horizontal construction line the and construction pattern circle.

The four additional points where these new construction line circles intersect with the original construction line circle, along with the two intesection points from the horizontal construction line and the original construction pattern circle are all now evenly spaced (60 degrees) apart. Draw #10 screw clearance holes on these six points (0.201", #7 Drill), add in an inner circle and an outer circle with the diameters of the AM part, extrude, and now you have a dimensionally accurate AM-0207 250 Sprocket Spacer. (It won't be perfect match; the real ones have pocketing in them. But it's close enough for most things).

// I'm glad that I had an actual drafting class (you know, with a pencil, straight-edge, and a compass) back in middle school. ;-)

Re: Kit Part am-0207

Here is the complete assembly, download the assembly in Inventor format and the explode. The spacer is a part inside this AndyMark assembly. I will try to have the spacer AM-0207 up as a separate part later today.

Here is the link to the AM-0207 spacer as an individual part - in any file format you wish.
